Ready-to-use pre-treatment for porous concrete. For the best results, be sure to properly prepare the surface using other applicable preparation products as described in the label instructions. Apply using a high quality pump sprayer, 1/4 in. – 3/8 in. nap roller, nylon/polyester brush or a pad applicator. Water-based formula promotes the adhesion of paints and stains to concrete. 350 – 500 sq. ft. of coverage per-gal. Clean-up with soap and water.
