Mixed-use double gang 1 push button 1 GFCI combo wall plates for covering one vintage push-button switch and one Decora light switch, block receptacle or slide dimmer.

• 4-9/16″ W x 4-1/2″ H x 5/32″ D metal combination plates
• two 1/2″ (pushbutton) & two 1/4″ (rocker) matching screws
• opening fits all GFI, rocker, block and Decora style devices (Decora is a Leviton trademark term)
• 0.563″ diameter push button openings spaced 0.963″ apart on centers
• pushbutton device mount screw holes 2.375″ apart on vertical centers; standard horizontal spacing of 1.812″
