California: This replacement pump motor does not comply with California’s Efficiency Regulations. These regulations can be found in Title 20, in the California Code of Regulations (CCR) sections 1601-1609. To meet California’s requirement, the replacement pump motor must be a variable speed.
New York: This replacement pump motor does not comply with New York’s Efficiency Regulations. These regulations can be found at NYSERDA Section 509.23, New York is aligning with California’s Appliance Efficiency Standards (Title 20)
