2-telephone jack switch plate for covering two modular phone jacks (RJ11) or ethernet jacks (RJ45).

Features

• one plate with two cutouts made in USA
• use to cover your preexisting telephone or ethernet jacks
• 2-3/4″ W x 4-1/2″ H x 5/32″ D metal phone cable wallplate
• opening for jack is .580″ wide by .768″ tall
• screw spacing 3-9/32″ center to center (box mount 3.281″)
• note there is NO bracket on the back of this plate – use with modular snap-in jacks or with wall-mounted jacks
• if needed, buy modular jacks separately
• 2 matching 1/2″ screws
