Flame Boss Replacement Food/Meat Probe for 100 | 200 | 300 – Coated by Flame Boss

Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe includes 6 ft. shielded and PTFE coated cable. These are the probes that shipped with Flame Boss 100 & 200. The coated cables are preferred by many people because they are easy to wipe clean and don’t get tangled so easily when stored. Because of the coating they will not last long above 400˚F. This probe may be used in combination with the Flame Boss® Temperature Probe Y-cable on Flame Boss® model 300 controllers to add additional probes.
Use the following configuration for using 1 or 2 Y-cables to add 2 or 3 meat probes to 300 controllers:2 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame Boss® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1 Meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3, plug the 2nd meat probe into the meat jack.
3 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame Boss® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1st meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3. Plug 2nd Y-cable into the meat jack. Plug 2nd meat probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1 and 3rd meat probe in red lead labeled M2/M3.
