These 4″ short blank electrical wall plate covers are 0.25″ shorter on both the top and bottom edges than on a standard wall plate, plus their low profile make them for the best solution where you need a very flush cover against the wall. An easy solution to cover unused 1-gang wall boxes where furniture or cabinets hits the top and a backsplash or tiles hit the bottom.
