3-gang combo push button double rocker switch plates for covering 1 push-button switch and 2 GFCI outlets, block receptacles, ceiling fan controllers, or other Decora devices.

- two 1/2″ (pushbutton) & four 1/4″ (rocker) matching screws
- 0.563″ diameter push button openings spaced 0.963″ apart on centers
- pushbutton device mount screw holes 2.375″ apart on vertical centers
- opening fits all rocker, block, GFI, and Decora style devices (Decora is a Leviton trademark term)
