Mid-Century Long Wall Plates for Tandem Decora Outlet Plus Blank – Wide Screw Spacing
Vintage type long thin condo switch plate for boxes where two tandem devices have been mounted sideways but one was removed. Light switch cover features one Decora outlet receptacle (GFCI, rectangular receptacle, etc.) opening only next to a large blank area for hiding the empty side that used to contain an older device that has since been removed (such a round phone jack). Commonly found in condominiums in the greater Chicago area.
